Tai Chi 1 (Tuesday)


From Tuesday 28 April 2026 to Tuesday 14 July 2026


The traditional art of Chinese health exercise is practised by performing a set of routine exercises in slow motion. The movement is beneficial and graceful and suitable for all ages, allowing students to develop a relaxed and open awareness of body, breath, mind and emotions. The highly regarded Chinese Chi Kung (Qigong) system (Five Animal Frolics) will also be taught in the course.  Equally suitable for men and women. What to wear:  Please wear loose, comfortable clothes and flat shoes with enclosed toes. For safety reasons, heels, sandals, bare feet or socks without shoes are not acceptable.
