Yoga is a tool to aid our health and well-being in our mind and body as we journey through life. This hatha yoga course is aimed for all levels and abilities from a novice to the very experienced. Each lesson includes warm-up movements, breath work, traditional yoga posture work and a short relaxation. Our final session will concentrate on mindfulness by including a meditation and a longer relaxation element.
