The Italic hand originated in 15th-century Italy. The Vatican scribes developed this script to add speed and legibility to documents and everyday writing. Nowadays, this style is highly recognised for its elegant and harmonious letters. Embellish your greeting cards, invitations, and calligraphy works with a touch of classical beauty. It is written with a broad nib and ink; materials will be provided for you to use during the first class if you don’t have your own calligraphy pen.  This course is suitable for beginners and improvers.
